The most common issue that people who cannot donate encounter is that the password you create on the checkout form is not exactly the same in both password boxes. Please take extra caution to enter the exact same password in both boxes (upper/lower case matters):

If you donated at SolaRISE before to support other projects like the solar panel projects for Westwoods Elementary or Glen Lake School, or if you gave to purchase solar panels for Habitat for Humanity, you will have an account and will need to use your password. Here’s how:
#1 – After you select the amount you wish to give, click on the green ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT? at the top of the donation form.
#2 – If you gave before, login to your account here using the password you would have set the first time. If you forgot your password, click on the Lost Password link at the bottom.
#3 – Enter your email address and click SUBMIT. Check your email for instructions to reset your password. If you don’t see the email right away, please check your email’s SPAM folder.
